Fort Lewis Services provide exceptional service in a timely and courteous manner, while finding efficient and creative solutions that meet the evolving and diverse needs of the Fort Lewis community.

Madigan Hospital - More than 120,000 Soldiers, Family members and Retirees fall within Madigan's 40-mile catchment area.

Casualty Office - The Casualty Office notifies next of kin of Active Duty members and furnishes assistance to the next-of-kin of Active duty members of the Army, as well as provides Casualty Assistance Officers to help the families of Active Duty Casualities in all matters from funeral details to monetary entitlements and life insurance payments.

DFAS -

Inspector General - The Inspector General offices are available to render assistance, report in justices and review conditions detrimental to the efficiency and reputation of the Army.

Safety Office - The Installation Safety Office Advises, audits and assists commanders and managers on all matters concerning safety risk management and accident prevention.

Veterinarian - The Veterinary Treatment Facility operates as an outpatient clinic for the treatment of zoonotic diseases and the immunization of privately owned animals.

Retirement Services Office - The Retirement Services Office Provides support for retiring and retired Army personnel in the four-state area of Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon.
